We architected and designed, and now rolling out, a top to bottom refresh of the Johnny Rockets brand to be more relevant and engaging for today’s consumers, including updating their look and logo, modifying their brand voice and messaging, and introducing more “on trend” Limited Time Only menu items that help increase traffic, frequency, and check, all while expanding the current customer base.
Frequency of current customer base was lower than desired. How can we bring the people who already visit our restaurant more often without discounting?
We worked with the Executive Chef and Operations Team to create NEW, on-trend, delicious Limited Time Only Menu items. The results were better than expected! Not only was frequency up, but check increased as well. We call that a WIN-WIN!
